CALENDAR
Classes are given in 6-8 week sessions (except summer session). Check the quarterly calendar for seasonal schedule. You may drop in to classes where noted. Registered classes are priced differently than drop-ins. Please download and bring a waiver and health form to your first class. Once you have registered for a class, you will receive an e-mail detailing proper attire and footwear. All equipment provided unless otherwise noted in the e-mail.
One-on-one training and small group private classes are available upon request. Sessions will be focused on goals of the registered participants. Body awareness, technique and progression will be stressed. You work, I motivate! April 1, 2011

This yoga class takes you through challenging standing sequences, balancing poses, and then down to the mat for flexibility work and relaxation. Similar sequences are used weekly so students become familiar with the poses. This is an open level class and no previous yoga experience is necessary. A non-impact cardiovascular workout using stationary bikes. A base level of fitness is required. The instructor leads you on a group ride set to music. The terrain will vary but correct posture and form will be emphasized in all classes. Bring water bottles. Biking shorts and shoes not required but preferred. Note: Plan on coming 10 minutes early the first time for bike setup. April 25, 2011

Enjoy the fresh air and natural surroundings of Wayland locations in this 60-minute total workout. Utilizing various walking drills and skills, resistance bands, and your body weight, this class provides cardiovascular and muscular fitness.
