CALENDAR
Classes are given in 6-8 week sessions (except summer session). Check the quarterly calendar for seasonal schedule. You may drop in to classes where noted. Registered classes are priced differently than drop-ins. Please download and bring a waiver and health form to your first class. Once you have registered for a class, you will receive an e-mail detailing proper attire and footwear. All equipment provided unless otherwise noted in the e-mail.
One-on-one training and small group private classes are available upon request. Sessions will be focused on goals of the registered participants. Body awareness, technique and progression will be stressed. You work, I motivate! May 2, 2011
